By way of introduction, I am Sagar Shah, CA. In 2011, I have joined Ernst & Young (EY), International Tax Division and have advised various MNCs for their Transfer Pricing, International Taxation, Direct Taxation, Tax Restructuring aspects. From my CA days, I have been fascinated in Finance and Capital Market and have been making investment till date.

Recently, in January 2020, I have chosen the path of entrepreneurship wherein by leveraging my robust experience of 9 years, I am assisting MSMEs, Startups and Indian companies of Foreign Headquartered MNCs for their planning and compliance aspects relating to Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, International Tax and FEMA regulation.

Following my passion and extensive knowledge of Wealth Management and Financial Planning, I have also started assisting HNIs and Companies for their Financial Planning aspects. I am also writing blogs on various subjects including Wealth management, Financial Planning, Goal planning, etc for the benefits of retail investors.
